Data deletion

Ask us to delete

You can ask us to delete everything sanadak media holds about you, or only the data read from one of your connected accounts. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

  1. Email hello@sanadak.co from the address you use with sanadak media, with the subject "Data deletion request".
  2. Say whether you want your whole account deleted or only the data from one connection, for example your Meta ad accounts or your mailbox.
  3. We confirm we have your request within 2 working days. If you write from another address, we may ask you to confirm it is you.
  4. We delete the data within 30 days and email you when it is done.

Email a deletion request

Remove access yourself

Disconnecting stops sanadak media reading from or acting on an account at once and deletes its access token. Then email us if you also want the data already read deleted.

  • Meta: In sanadak media, Settings, then Connections, then Disconnect. Or on Facebook: Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, then remove sanadak media.
  • TikTok: In sanadak media, Settings, then Connections, then Disconnect. Or in your TikTok for Business account settings, remove sanadak media from the authorised apps.
  • Snapchat: In sanadak media, Settings, then Connections, then Disconnect. Or at accounts.snapchat.com, under Connected apps, remove sanadak media.
  • Google Ads: In sanadak media, Settings, then Connections, then Disconnect. Or at myaccount.google.com/permissions, remove sanadak media.
  • Email: In sanadak media, Settings, then Connections, then Disconnect. Or remove sanadak media from your account: for Gmail at myaccount.google.com/permissions, for Outlook at myapps.microsoft.com; or ask your company's admin.

What we delete

  • Your account details: name, email address, title and sign-in data.
  • The advertising data read from your connected ad accounts: ad account names and IDs, campaign settings and advertising metrics.
  • Creatives you uploaded to launch ads, and the record of the campaign actions you took, except where the agency must keep that record.
  • The mailbox messages read from your Gmail or Outlook mailbox, and the access tokens for every connection.

We keep only records the law requires us to keep, such as issued tax invoices, for the period the law sets, and nothing else with them. Entries about you in an agency's audit trail are deleted with the records they describe, or reduced to your role without your name where the agency must keep the record.

Timing and confirmation

Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request, and we confirm by email. You can check the status of a request at any time by writing to hello@sanadak.co.

If your agency manages your account

sanadak media accounts belong to the agency you work for, which controls its own data. We will act on your request for your personal data and, where the agency must decide (for example about shared campaign records), we pass the request to the agency and tell you.
