Meta

Facebook and Instagram ads

Reads:
Campaign settings and daily results
Can do:
Pause, resume, adjust budgets and schedules, launch ads
Rule:
Only on your instruction, audited

Disconnect anytime, in sanadak media or on Meta.

Details

Access. Reads your campaign results and, when you ask, pauses, resumes or adjusts campaigns and launches new ones.

How it connects. An agency user signs in with Facebook and chooses the ad accounts they already manage, including client ad accounts shared with the agency as a partner.

Exactly what is read.
  • Ad account names and IDs, currency and time zone.
  • Campaign, ad set and ad names and IDs, with objective, status, budget and schedule.
  • Daily results: spend, impressions, reach, frequency, clicks, video views and conversions as the platform reports them.
What a user can do from sanadak media.
  • Pause and resume campaigns, ad sets and ads.
  • Change budgets and schedules.
  • Create campaigns, ad sets and ads, with creatives (images and videos) a user uploads in the product.

Each action is taken only on a signed-in user's explicit instruction, after the agency's approval rules, and recorded in the audit trail with who did it and when.

What we never do.
  • Nothing is published, paused or changed without a signed-in user's action in the product, after the approvals the agency has set up (for example a manager, and the client for budget changes).
  • No information about the people who saw the ads: no user profiles, audience lists or customer files.
  • No organic posts, messages, pages, payment methods or billing details.
  • The data is never sold, shared with third parties for their own use, or used for advertising or to train AI models.

Why. To compare campaigns with their approved plans, build the agency's benchmarks, report and invoice on actual delivery, and carry out approved changes without retyping them.

Who can see it. Only the users of the agency that connected the account, within their role.

How to disconnect. In sanadak media, Settings, then Connections, then Disconnect. Or on Facebook: Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations, then remove sanadak media. Reading and actions stop at once and the access token is deleted. To delete data already read, see data deletion.

Email

Gmail (Google Workspace) or Outlook (Microsoft 365)

Reads:
Your own work mailbox only
Can do:
Sends the replies you write
Rule:
Only on your instruction, audited

Disconnect anytime, in sanadak media or on Google or Microsoft.

Details

Access. Connect your own work mailbox, Gmail or Outlook. Reads and sends email from your mailbox only, never anyone else's; your company's admin approves the connection.

How it connects. A user signs in with their own work Google or Microsoft account and connects their own mailbox. Your company's Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 admin approves the connection for the organisation.

Exactly what is read.
  • The user's name and email address from their Google or Microsoft profile.
  • Messages in the signed-in user's own mailbox: sender, recipients, subject, body, dates and attachments.
  • Replies the user writes in sanadak media are sent from their own mailbox, so Gmail or Outlook stays in step.
What we never do.
  • No access to anyone else's mailbox, calendar, contacts or files.
  • No email is sent unless the user writes it and clicks Send.
  • Mailbox content is never shared with other users, other agencies or AI providers.
  • The data is never sold, shared with third parties for their own use, or used for advertising or to train AI models.

Why. To read, link and answer client and supplier email next to the plans and invoices it concerns.

Who can see it. Only the user who connected the mailbox; colleagues see a message only if that user links it to a shared record.

How to disconnect. In sanadak media, Settings, then Connections, then Disconnect. Or remove sanadak media from your account: for Gmail at myaccount.google.com/permissions, for Outlook at myapps.microsoft.com; or ask your company's admin. Reading and actions stop at once and the access token is deleted. To delete data already read, see data deletion.
